What are our sustainability practices and how do we define ethical diamonds?

Ethical production and sustainability is at our heart. We source and produce according to these principles, including the use of recycled metals and high-quality stones from reliable sources.

Personalization & Customization

All pieces in our collections are handmade in our atelier in Prague. You can personalize them by an engravement or a fingerprint of your loved one.

How long does it take to get my jewelry made?

Each piece of jewelry is made to order specifically for you. Therefore we ask you to count with a production period of 4-6 weeks after confirmation of your payment.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes, we offer resizing on most of your rings, with some exceptions. Please contact us at info@lenkakerlicka.com for your enquiry.

Can I incorporate an heirloom stone?

We are delighted to work with special and already evaluated heirloom stones. In case you would like to incorporate such a stone into your bespoke jewelry, please contact us here.

What is bespoke?

You can collaborate with Lenka Kerlická to get your unique personal piece of jewelry carrying your story.

Do you work with clients remotely?

We are honored serving people all over the world. To work with us remotely, e-mail or call us at +420775 442 727.

Please allow 2-5 days for us to respond as custom queries require extra time and attention.

Shipping & Returns

We offer in-store pick-up if you prefer not to ship your finished jewelry.

What is your shipping method?

We ship all domestic parcels via TNT.

Do you ship internationally?

We serve customers around the world via TNT. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. All pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece of jewelry is made to order we can’t accept a return or exchange. If you receive jewelry with a demonstrable defect from our side, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Until the receipt of the jewelry by you, the customer, Lenka Kerlicka is responsible for the jewelry. If you need to send the jewelry by post, please choose the appropriate insurance for the full value of the jewelry.
